Why we built this
We've watched proposal teams at construction firms spend enormous effort on something that should be simple: finding the right past project for an RFP. Hours searching through shared drives. Emails asking “does anyone remember the client for that hospital project?” Spreadsheets that no one keeps updated.
Construction companies have decades of valuable project experience locked in folders, old proposals, and people's memories. When someone needs that data for a pursuit, they start from scratch every time.
We built ProjectPortfolio because institutional memory shouldn't depend on who's in the office that day. Proposal teams deserve tools as modern as the buildings they help create.
