Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProjectPortfolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

ProjectPortfolio provides construction companies with a searchable, structured database of their past and current projects. The Service allows proposal teams to capture, organize, search, and export project data for use in RFP responses, SOQs, pursuits, and qualifications packages.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to compete directly with ProjectPortfolio or create a similar product

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided project data), features, and functionality are owned by ProjectPortfolio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your project data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of the content you store in the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectPortfolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
